1. You can order any products available on specialbanknote.com by using your registered account on the website. If you are a dealer and want to order items in bulk, please check the availability of a product before placing an order. All items displayed on the website are in stock . In case any item in your order is not available, we will be putting the cash in your shipment.

2. Once you place an order on specialbanknote.com you will receive an email acknowledgement. This e-mail will have the details of the products purchased, taxes and shipping charges if applicable. In the event of a problem in processing your order, we will notify you via e-mail or call you at the email address/telephone number provided on your order requesting further information.

3. Taxes, Duties & Charges

specialbanknote.com is not responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, custom duties, tariffs, or any other fees that may apply to International orders. To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government. Orders within India are inclusive of taxes and other charges.

4. Choice/Opt-Out/unsubscribe

4.1 You may opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from us on behalf of our partners, and from us in general, after setting up an account. You will continue to receive generic ads.

4.2 If you want to remove your contact information from all specialbanknote.com lists and newsletters, please visit unsubscribe.

5. Security Precautions:

6. Ordering from specialbanknote.com

We are selling online since 2019 supplying to reputed collectors / dealers across the globe. In order to order from our store, you should be a reputed collector / dealer with sound knowledge about this hobby. You should be a well educated person above 18 years to order from our store.

7. Order Limit For New customers.

For new customers order amount should not exceed Rs : 100000.00. This limit is applicable for the first 3 orders.

We supply to our regular customers and dealers only .  We are not looking for new customers unless, refereed by a reputed collector / dealer.  Thank You

Refund of Payment

For refund of payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, please get in touch with our Customer Care team. You can receive an instant refund in the form of a gift voucher after your order has been cancelled.

If you would like a refund to your bank account/credit card, the same will be processed by bank/payment gateway within 7 working days of order cancellation (Please note, refund of online payment can happen only once against an order). Payments made through Cheque/DD/Cash on Delivery will be processed within 3 days of receiving the Bank Details from you.

Refunds pertaining to product(s) which have been returned will be offered once we have received the product(s) back with us (and they are not in damaged condition) . Because of any circumstances beyond our control, if we are not able to service the order, we will inform you and initiate replacement of product(s) not available or refund against the product(s), as per your choice Minds.
