Special Banknote is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through Speed Post. If there is no speed post service available in your area, we will ship your items via Registered post. How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units? The shipping charge is only just Rs:65.00 for a single order. For Chennai limit only 45Rs shipping charges. You can add any number of items in your order. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices. How long does it take for an order to arrive? Normally Orders are dispatched next working day after the receipt of your payment. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. If you live in a remote place it may take more time. If you don’t receive your items with in 7 working days after the shipment, please contact us and let us know. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. We will not be responsible for any delivery issues due to in complete / wrong address.

1. Order Tracking: Once you place an order on specialbanknote.com you will receive an email acknowledgement. This e-mail will have the details of the products purchased, taxes and shipping charges, if applicable. In our next e-mail you will receive the shipping & tracking details of the purchased product/s within 48 hours, post the successful completion of your order. In the event of a problem in processing your order, we will notify you via e-mail requesting further information.

2. Charges: The charges for shipping products shopped at specialbanknote.com depend on the location to which you want your purchases to be shipped. We Charge Rs :65.00 for shipping to customers residing in India. For overseas, items are always sent registered post with a tracking number. Basic shipping cost is US$ 4 Registered Worldwide. This includes packaging and handling. Rates do go up based on weight. For any inquiries regarding postage please email us.

3. Delivery: The purchased products from specialbanknote.com will be shipped to the shipping address provided in your order. Please ensure to verify the address entered by you before confirming your order to avoid incorrect delivery.  Special Banknote is not responsible for delayed shipments in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events, which are beyond the control of Special Banknote. These interruptions include but are not limited to transportation system, customs clearance issues, shipping carrier delays or cardholder’s credit card or bank delays or acts of God.

4. Time Frame: We will always strive to deliver your products as per your schedule, however time frame will depend on your location. Customers within India can expect to receive their orders within 3 to 7 working days. We don’t ship out side India.

5. Our Service Providers: We have partnered India Post to ensure that your purchased product reaches you safely and on time. We ship items by Speed Post service. Heavy items like coins, albums etc will be shipped by Registered Parcel Service. Registered parcel may take 3 – 7 working days depending on your location. If you prefer speed post for heavy items, extra shipping charges will be applicable. You may contact us after placing order. A mail containing details of the service provider as well as the tracking information will be sent to you within 48 hours after an order is shipped from our warehouse. We ship by India Post Service Only. Its your responsibility to provide correct and complete shipping address while placing order.

6. Shipping Charges: We charge Rs : 65.00 for shipping with in India. For Chennai limit only 45Rs shipping charges. This is the combined shipping charge. You can add any number of items in your order and you will be charged a single shipping charge.

7. Buyer Requirement. In order to order from our store, you must be a well educated reputed collector / dealer above the age of 25 years. We may also ask you for some sound reference.

8. Once your order is shipped you will receive the tracking details in mail. Any issue in delivery you can talk to India post customer care Toll Free 18002666868. Place order from our store only if India post service is good in your area. We will not be responsible for any delay in delivery or non delivery issues from India Post side. It will be your responsibility to follow up with India post and get your issue sorted out. Order items from our store only if you agree with our terms and policies.

9. There could be delivery issue with office address as most of the companies doesn’t accept personal post. Also post man may not try to call you like private courier. India post delivers when you provide correct and complete address. Make sure you provide correct and complete address for a fast and safe delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Our international standards of quality control begin right from the initial stage of sourcing to the final stage of delivery. Return and Exchange of any Special Banknote product online or in-store is only possible under the following circumstances & only via a credit note:

1.  Damaged Goods: Our products are carefully inspected before they leave our distribution center; however, if you are still unsatisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below. You must notify us via an email with your order number within 24 hours after receipt of your purchase from specialbanknote.com. A full account credit will be applicable for damaged products. Please note: Purchased items cannot be returned on the basis of color, patterns or designs. There could be a slight variation in color depending on the product. Please refer to our website terms and conditions for further details.

2. Incorrect Orders: In case you have received an item which is not what you had originally ordered, please e-mail us with your order number within 24 hours. Please note: We will only be able to ship the correct order once we receive our wrongly sent merchandise in its original packaging.

3. Goods once sold will not be taken back unless its a mistake from our end.
